Refund and Return Policy

Stuff and Go™ is committed to providing quality products combined with quality customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened (or defective) product within 7 days of purchase for a complete product refund (less shipping charges) or exchange. Returning products must be assigned a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).   To obtain an RMA, login to your account and click on Review Previous Orders.  Select the order containing the product and click on RMA.  Follow the instructions.  We will be notified automatically by email and we will respond to your request to return your purchase.

Stuff And Go™ guarantees all products containing multiple items will have the general look and product assortment as the photos used to represent them. Substitutions are allowed as long as the value is equal or greater than the substituted product. We will do our best to substitute within the same "family" of products at all times.
