Shipping Policies:

We currently ship within the US only

Ground Shipments:

All ground shipments will be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS (Priority Mail). Orders over $75.00 US (tax excluded) will be shipped best way ground free of charge within the Continental US or you may elect to pay for expedite shipping.

All in stock products will he shipped within 3 business days.

Shipments are available to residential or business addresses. We will gladly ship to your hotel or destination within the United States. A signature will be required at any address different from purchaser’s billing address. We regret that we cannot ship to prisons, residential treatment centers or hospitals.

Ground Shipping Only Based on Content - Hair spray, aerosols and antibacterial alcohol are considered hazardous materials by the United States Department of Transportation and are shipped by GROUND ONLY. If your order contains these types of items then choose GROUND as your shipping method. If time restraints require air shipping, contact us for product substitutions.

Air Shipments:

Products may be shipped via overnight delivery or 2-3 day air, depending on shipping carrier used. Items such as aerosols, nail polish or any item deemed as hazardous will not be accepted by shippers at normal shipping rates. Any air shipments of such items require additional paperwork and charges. Please contact customersupport@stuffandgo.biz for rates. Overnight shipments received prior to 12:00 PM EST M-F will be shipped the same day; orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped on the following business day. Saturday delivery is available at additional charges.

International Shipments:

Stuff and Go™ does not at the current time ship outside the United States

Military APO/FPO addresses:

Military APO and FPO addresses are P.O. boxes and must be sent via USPS. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Hazardous Material:

The U.S. Department of Transportation has identified certain products as hazardous material such as hair sprays, aerosols and antibacterial alcohol. Because of very high costs of special packaging and paperwork to ship these items by air, we have restricted such products to GROUND shipping only limiting them to the continental United States. We have placed the following notice with each product that can only be shipped by ground:

Shipping Gifts:

If you want everything shipped to one address other than the bill-to address, then you don't have to enter that information with each product, you can enter it during the check-out process when you select the shipping method.

You may "Add Address" to any product ordered to have it shipped to an address different than the bill-to or ship-to address of the rest of the items. For example, you could send the College Snack Pack to a daughter at the University of Florida ("Add Address" with product), the College Survival Pack to a son at Harvard ("Add Address" with product), the New York Times Crossword Kit to Uncle Harry in Arizona ("Add Address" with product) and the rest of the items to Grandma in Michigan ("ship-to" information during check-out).
